Pastello is a new companion app for JixiPix Impresso Pro. Pastello takes you back in time to the fifteenth century. Far from brushes and large movements in the field of dry color that is both brilliant and subtle. The “dry color method” made famous by Leonardo da Vinci is so powerful in its simplicity and beauty with black pencil and red and yellow cake. Later, artists painted portraits mixing charm in a very gentle way. A few centuries later, the pastel filled with bright colors and crisp detail. Features

Pastello has a favorable work flow that automatically transforms a photo into a pastel drawing and placed in an art paper with options to customize. The cake can be changed to chalk, charcoal, colored pencil, graphite, Conte Crayon or use layer styles. Start means delicate as traditional designs, then lets you build them with fills, shadows and layers of detail. The media are precious as they are, or you can mix them for expressive work.
